Why does this Tenant Improvement Cost So Much?

I’m often asked questions like this in the early phases of a tenant improvement. The client has many questions during early phases of an office relocation, and they normally would prefer to pin down the cost question quickly, so they can make a decision whether to move forward.

Single Family Home Design

Thorough research, combined with even more thorough research, is the formula for home building success.  It doesn’t matter if you are a buyer seeking initial home ownership, or looking to move up to a larger home, DESIGNline ARCHITECTS will bring innovation and new ideas to your single family residential design.  By creating plans that live well though efficiency, we are able to design smaller homes that feel and live like much larger plans.

Small Lot Residential Design

Small lot design solutions can be summed-up as “practicality, without sacrifice.”  We understand that these smaller homes still need to incorporate multifunctional spaces that will mix family, work, and friends into the same arena.  We continually work to match buyers’ growing desire for smaller and more efficient homes with innovative smaller lot residential designs.

Move-Up Lot Residential Design

The Move-Up buyer is looking to expanded their living space, zoning into entertaining, working, and family activities as well as incorporating functional outdoor space.  In order to meet their needs we have many innovative design ideas to give them more bedrooms and larger spaces, while maintaining  efficiency.  And while incorporating innovation from lower price points to high-end, we provide designs that continue to set the standard for good residential design.

Active Adult Residential Design

DESIGNline ARCHITECTS  will  design casual, graceful and open floor plans for active adults which make the most of the space without adding unnecessary square footage.  Formal living rooms have been disappearing from floor plans, and many homes feature a larger great room which combines the kitchen, dining room and family room in one flowing space.   Our active adult residential designs include large windows and multifunctional rooms to make smaller homes feel more spacious.
