The  construction drawings must be sealed by an architect before they can be submitted for construction permit approval.  DESIGNline ARCHITECTS can provide the design, the drawings and submit them to the municipality on your behalf.  Once the drawings are approved construction can commence.   The municipality will provide you with your Certificate Of Occupancy once the construction and final inspections are completed.
