The Final Stages of a Commercial Architectural Design

In the first two stages of a commercial architecture project, an architect must first off determine the client’s requirements and then determine where the project is going to be. The process then continues onto the third and the fourth step in this process.

After the site location and the design requirements have been determined by the commercial architect along with the client, then it is time to create a design proposal, and then submit the plan to the client for approval.

3. Create design proposal
Ensure you create the concept drawings and designs for your client to review. Focus on the main floor, exterior of the building and office work spaces. 4. Submit project plan and costing

Commercial architecture is the design of structures and commercial buildings for business purposes. This art of architecture encompasses style as well as function to satisfy the requirements of a variety of business.
